Details
What's wrong: The awning attached for the slide-out room can unfurl or unroll during transit causing the bracket to rip free of the sidewall.
Why it matters: The awning could break loose while the vehicle is in motion resulting in a vehicle accident and personal injury.
The fix: Carefree of colorado is conducting the owner notification and remedy for this campaign. Dealers will install arm locks, anti-billow studs and brackets as well as wind deflectors on these awnings.
