What's wrong: Affects vehicles equipped with remco 50-54 rebel 4.0 gpm water pumps. The water pump harness was designed with inadequate fuse protection.
Why it matters: Inadequate fuse protection may cause harness damage, increasing the risk of a fire.
The fix: Dealers will inspect and relocate the water pump circuit to a properly sized fuse as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 15, 2024.
