Details
What's wrong: Affects vehicles equipped with optional onan 5.5 generators. These generators may not be properly vented and allow the generator to overheat or prevent exhaust gas from escaping properly.
Why it matters: A generator that overheats increases the risk of fire. In addition, trapped exhaust gases inside the trailer can increase the risk of injury.
The fix: Dealers will correctly route the generator venting, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 18, 2024.
