What's wrong: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2026 Cascade, Cherokee, and Campsite Reserve recreational trailers. The 7-way connector may have been incorrectly wired to a breaker without over-current protection.
Why it matters: Without over-current protection, a short circuit can increase the risk of a fire.
The fix: Dealers will correct the wiring, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 4, 2026.
