Risk: Without over-current protection, a short circuit can increase the risk of a fire.

(forest river) is recalling certain 2024-2025 coachmen catalina, forest river aurora, cascade, cedar creek, cherokee, sandpiper, sierra, 2025 campsite reserve, impression, pause, puma, sabre, salem, vengeance, and wildwood fifth wheel and travel trailers, equipped with a removable step assembly. the clip-on bracket mounting bolts may come loose, allowing the steps to detach.

Risk: Steps that detach while in use increase the risk of injury.

Problem: Forest river, inc. (forest river) is recalling certain 2018-2020 cascade and cherokee travel trailers. the gross vehicle weight rating (gvwr) of the vehicle exceeds the gvwr of the trailer hitch coupler, potentially resulting in the coupler failing and the trailer detaching.

Risk: A trailer that detaches from the tow vehicle can increase the risk of a crash.

Problem: Forest river, inc. (forest river) is recalling certain 2015-2018 cascade and cherokee recreational trailers. the trailer wiring may have been improperly routed, allowing the wires to be pinched between the chassis and the vehicle body.

Risk: Pinched wires may short circuit, increasing the risk of a fire.
