Problem: Forest river, inc. (forest river) is recalling certain 2026-2027 dynamax isata recreational vehicles. the bunk ladder may be attached to a wooden mattress insert, resulting in the ladder loosening.
Risk: A ladder that pulls away from the bunk increases the risk of injury.
