Problem: Keystone rv company (keystone) is recalling certain 2025-2026 fuzion, raptor, redwood, and 2024-2026 voltage travel trailers. the ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.
Risk: A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.
Fix: Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed march 4, 2026. owners may contact keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. keystone's number for this recall is 26-478. vehicle identification numbers (vins) involved in this recall will be searchable on nhtsa.gov beginning march 13, 2026.
