Problem: Forest river, inc. (forest river) is recalling certain 2027 leprechaun and freelander recreational vehicles. a battery posted mounted breaker may not be installed, leaving the power feed wire without overcurrent protection.
Risk: A unprotected power feed wire increases the risk of a fire.
Fix: Dealers will install an overcurrent protection device, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed august 25, 2026. owners may contact forest river customer service at 1-574-825-8602. forest river's number for this recall is 210-2085.
