Problem: Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2026 heartland bighorn and jayco north point fifth wheel travel trailers. the murphy bed mechanism may fail, causing the bed to fall unexpectedly.
Risk: A murphy bed that falls increases the risk of injury or death.
Fix: Dealers will replace the murphy bed mechanism with a new designed mechanism, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed november 19, 2025. owners may contact jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. jayco's number for this recall is 9901639.
