Problem: Keystone rv company (keystone) is recalling certain 2024-2025 voltage 4135, 4225, fuzion, 2025 springdale 266deck, retreat 391fsrl, 39fsrl, residence 401flft, 401fsrl, 40flft, 40fsrl, hideout 26patio, and 2024 raptor travel trailers, equipped with a removable step assembly. the clip-on bracket mounting bolts may come loose, allowing the steps to detach.
Risk: Steps that detach while in use increase the risk of injury.
Fix: Dealers will install a new bracket and hardware, free of charge. owner notification letters are expected to be mailed july 7, 2025. owners may contact keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. keystone's number for this recall is 25-468.

Problem: Keystone rv company (keystone) is recalling certain 2025 fuzion and raptor toy hauler recreational trailers. the generator's fuel and vapor hoses may have been reversed during installation.
Risk: Incorrectly connected hoses can feed fuel into the incorrect side of the carburetor, increasing the risk of a fire.
Fix: Dealers will correct the hose placement, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed july 1, 2025. owners may contact 1-866-425-4369. keystone's number for this recall is 25-471.

Problem: Keystone rv company (keystone) is recalling certain 2025 carbon, fuzion, and raptor toy hauler recreational trailers. the rear gate pins and/or leg support bracket may be missing, allowing the gate to shift during operation.
Risk: A rear gate that shifts or patio stairs that becomes unstable increase the risk of injury.
Fix: Dealers will install the gate pins and/or leg support brackets, free of charge. owner notification letters were mailed august 4, 2025. owners may contact keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. keystone's number for this recall is 25-470.

Problem: Keystone rv company (keystone) is recalling certain 2025-2026 fuzion, raptor, redwood, and 2024-2026 voltage travel trailers. the ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.
Risk: A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.
